In admiration of Doa’s love we will cast 17 red roses into river Thames

Doa Khalil Aswad was stoned to death in public for falling in love, with a man outside of her faith and tribe. Her stoning was witnessed by almost 1000 men who did nothing to prevent this brutal murder.

In our eyes Doa was a symbol of bravery and she stepped outside the traditional norms of the Yazidi tribe/faith.

Please join us to commemorate her love and cast 17 Red Roses into the river Thames to express our admiration for Doa’s Love and express our demands for women’s freedom of choice, freedom of expression, and direct their own lives according to their own wish.
